Journey into the World of Food – cooking, flavours & practical skills

All boys and girls aged 6–10 who enjoy cooking or would like to learn are welcome to join this cooking camp. Each day offers a new journey into the world of food, where children prepare a variety of dishes themselves.

During the camp, participants will also learn about food safety, essential kitchen techniques, and the basics of table setting. In addition to activities at the camp, we will visit local cafés and restaurants, giving children real-life, inspiring experiences.

The aim of the camp is to teach children how to prepare simple and delicious meals independently, develop creativity, and encourage them to try new and different flavours. Each participant will receive their own personal recipe book, where they can collect the recipes and knowledge gained throughout the camp.

The cooking camp is a meaningful and fun summer experience that combines tasty food, practical skills, and the joy of shared activities. It is perfect for children who love exploring the world of food and enjoy hands-on learning.

All activities are guided in both Estonian and English.

On the day of the camp, there will be a gathering from 9:00 to 9:30. Activities end at 16:00 and departure from 16:00 to 17:00.

Sample daily schedule:

9:00–9:30 — Arrival
9:30–10:00 — Welcome and games
10:00–12:00 — Workshops
12:00 — Lunch
13:00–16:00 — Outdoor activities, excursions or museum visits / workshops
16:00–17:00 — Afternoon snack and end of the day

Participation fee:

€190 (registration in March–April)
€200 (registration in May)
€210 (registration in June–August)

Please note: The price includes all excursions, necessary materials, lunch, and an afternoon snack.

• Camps will take place if at least 15 children are registered.
• If the minimum number is not reached, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the camp. In that case, all fees will be fully refunded.
• The organizer may adjust the program schedule if necessary.
