Kindergarten judo is fun practice that prepares the child to continue with any sport at a later age. We do various interesting exercises related to coordination elements in training classes. Children learn to fall correctly, holds on the ground, and later simpler techniques; the class ends with play. The entire training class consists of playful elements. All boys and girls 4–7 years of age are welcome.
