The acrobatics class starts with simple warm-up exercises, and then we do various exercises to develop balance, strength and flexibility.
Acrobatics is very good foundation for many other sports and creates prerequisites for children to excel in various areas, as it develops flexibility, strength and balance. In addition, it gives the child good posture and stance and teaches the child to feel their body. Acrobatics classes also incorporate creativity and cooperation with other children. All of the above is, of course, done while putting safety first.
