The aim of physical activity is to support the child’s development depending on their age. As touch is very important to both babies and mothers, it is the focus of the gymnastics class.
Classes for smaller babies consist more of stroking exercises and massage, combined with standing movement. Classes for older babies, however, are more physically developing. We learn more complex exercises step by step. Based on the development of the body, we focus either on strengthening hands or, for example, strengthening the feet as the baby starts walking. A big emphasis in the classes is on acrobatics, which brings genuine joy to the little ones.
